Bug Description	LCD backlight is not turned on.
Reproduce Steps	1. Connect LCD to bread board. 2. Power on the system. 3. Logo is displayed but the LCD brightness is minimum. (Problem)
Investigation Note	1. This issue was also found when follow reproduce steps. 2. This issue was not found on the other device of the same model
